Over the last 18 months face to face marketing and networking has taken a back seat while the world has been dealing with Covid-19.
However the demand for events is proving to be very resilient and as the country gets back to some semblance of normality so events both large and small have been starting up. One area that we have worked closely with in the past is that of the corporate experience day, providing posters, graphics and especially awards and trophies for the participants to take away.
One such recent event was a motor racing track day organised by Jamie Stanley for a client. Jamie is a well-known professional racing driver and coach and has worked with many household names. As a memento of the day and to recognise the fastest drivers in each category Jamie commissioned Advance Display Solutions to produce some trophies to hand out.
Having manufactured many such items in the past and to keep costs down we recommended he use our standard crystal clear acrylic trophy – these are manufactured entirely in house here in Milton Keynes and are a pleasing size and weight. CNC cut to shape and polished with the message direct printed to the reverse face, they are large enough to be impressive and reflect the importance of the occasion but not so large as to be unwieldy. Being manufactured in 15mm clear acrylic they also have a pleasing “heft” when handed over which implies solidity and quality.
After the event Jamie commented of the trophies “They went down a storm!”
